Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we have had to make changes to how we are operating as a practice. Starting on Wednesday 3/18/2020 we will be limiting the access to the building to staff members only. We ask that at the time of your appointment that you call or text us at 937-866-5949 to let us know that you have have arrived. A staff member will call/text you to let you know when you may bring your pet to our front door, where your pet will be brought into the hospital. We will place our own leashes in place of your leash. Cats should be in a carrier, if you do not have one please let us know and we will have one waiting for you inside our front door to place the cat in. Once our staff has collected your pet, please head back to your car. The doctor will call you to discuss the issues your pet is having and to discuss the treatment. Once your pet’s appointment is over you will be contacted over the phone for payment at which time you will be able to collect your pet just inside our front door. We realize that this is not the most ideal situation, but we have made this decision for the health and wellbeing for our staff and clients.
