I grew up in the country side of Ludlow Falls, OH; and I was constantly surrounded by animals. I always had dogs and cats growing up, and both of my grandparents worked with livestock. So, naturally, I always felt drawn to animals.

I was involved in 4-H showing my German Shepherd Tyson and in FFA while in high school. I attend Upper Valley Career Center in high school where I studied veterinary science; which is where I found my love for the vet tech side of the veterinary field. After graduating high school in 2021, I attend Edison State Community College in there veterinary technician program. While at Edison, I had the opportunity to do clinical rotations and an internship here at Twin Maples and I loved it so much that I decided to stay. In addition to working at Twin Maples, I also run a small pet grooming salon called Sudsy Snouts Pet Salon that I started after high school.

I currently have 3 dogs; Tyson, Aussie, and Wrigley, and 3 hermit crabs. When I’m not working, I am usually out hiking with Tyson.
